NOW ACCEPTING ORDER FOR MAY AND LATER
How to Inquire:
Fill out the form located here with as much information about your cake or desserts as possible to receive the most accurate quote.
Send in the form! You will be contacted to confirm your order has been accepted and with any further questions.
Things to know:
Orders can be placed for pick-up Thursday-Sunday, Charming Channing’s is closed Monday-Wednesday.
Orders must be finalized no later than 2 weeks prior to the pick-up date
Any orders placed/finalized with less than 2 week notice will receive an additional 15% late fee.
A 50% deposit will be asked for to complete all orders. The deposit must be paid upon finalization (2 weeks prior to the event date) The remainder of the total can be paid upon pick-up.
Please expect an e-mail response between Monday-Thursday. If you don’t see a response please check your spam folder!
Payments:

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel an order please contact Charming Channing’s ASAP. Orders cancelled under 72hrs prior to the pick-up time will not receive a refund of the deposit. Orders cancelled prior to 72hrs before the pick-up time may be fully or partially refunded. A partial refund will be given if any specialty items (toppers, custom cupcake liners etc.) have already been purchased for the order. Please inquire for specific questions about the cancellation policy.
